These terms and conditions supersede any promotional material found elsewhere, including but not limited to the Frayed Fabrics home page and social media sites. By purchasing from Frayed Fabrics (ie. the seller), customers agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions in addition to our general Terms and Conditions.

Black Friday Terms and Conditions (applies to all promotions): All Black Friday promotional codes cannot be combined with sale items. Customer must enter appropriate promotional code at checkout for discount to apply. No discounts will be issued after purchase has been made. For free shipping criteria refer to Shipping page. All sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be offered.
  • Discounted Merchandise:  Promotions end on Saturday, November 30, 2024 at midnight EST. All discounts are as marked.
  • 20% off promotional code: Discount starts on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at eight o’clock Eastern Standard Time (EST) and ends on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at midnight EST. Customers must meet minimum order amount of $100 to qualify for this discount. Discount can be combined with free shipping promotion and tape measure/scissor duo promotion. Promotion excludes sale items, certain collections or items within the “rare find” category and any merchandise classified as excluded by the seller. Customer cannot use buy now, pay later options and must use a credit card for coupon to be valid. 
  • 15% off promotional code: Discount starts on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at eight o’clock Eastern Standard Time (EST) and ends on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at midnight EST. Customers must meet minimum order amount of $35 to qualify for this discount. Discount can NOT be combined with any other promotion. Promotion excludes sale items, certain collections or items within the “rare find” category and any merchandise classified as excluded by the seller. Customer cannot use buy now, pay later options and must use a credit card for coupon to be valid. 
  • Free tape measure and scissor duo & free shipping: Discount starts on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at eight o’clock Eastern Standard Time (EST) and ends on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at midnight EST. Customers must meet minimum order amount of $100 to receive free merchandise. Tape measure and scissor duo is only while supplies last. Free items will be automatically added to cart when promotional code is entered if available. No returns or exchanges will be issued for any free items received. Free items and any items purchased at the same time will be shipped using the United States Parcel Service (USPS). Customer may only receive (one) free tape measure and scissor duo throughout the promotional period. Discount can be combined with 20% off promotional code.
